Data Deletion Policy
How to request account or personal-data deletion, how requests are verified, and which records may need to be retained.
DATA DELETION POLICY
Effective date: September 29, 2026
This Data Deletion Policy explains how individuals may ask Patrol Forge LLC to delete a Patrol Forge Multiple Company account or associated personal data, how we review those requests, and why certain records may need to be retained. This policy should be read with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any agreement between Patrol Forge LLC and the applicable Dispatch Organization or Serviced Company.
1. Scope
This policy applies to personal data processed by Patrol Forge LLC through Patrol Forge Multiple Company, including its website, hosted workspaces, officer portal, support center, and authorized applications. It does not govern information independently controlled by a customer, employer, payment processor, app store, mapping provider, or other third party outside Patrol Forge LLC's control.
2. Who may submit a request
A current or former user may request deletion of the user's own account or associated personal data. An authorized representative may submit a request when the representative provides sufficient proof of authority. Dispatch Organizations and Serviced Companies may also submit requests concerning data they control, subject to contractual, operational, legal, and record-preservation obligations.
3. How to request deletion
Submit a request using the Account and Data Deletion form at https://multi.patrolforge.com/account-deletion. A request may be submitted without signing in. The request should provide the name and email address associated with the account and enough non-sensitive information to locate the account. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, support access codes, or sensitive incident details.
Deleting an application, removing a browser shortcut, leaving an employer, going off duty, or ceasing to use the service does not by itself delete an account or the data associated with it.
4. Identity and authority verification
Before deleting or disclosing information, Patrol Forge LLC may verify the requester's identity, control of the account email address, relationship to the applicable organization, and authority to act. We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized deletion, fraud, or interference with safety and business records. Information supplied for verification is used to process and document the request.
5. Review and response
After a request is received, Patrol Forge LLC creates a trackable privacy-support ticket, reviews the account and applicable records, and coordinates with the relevant customer when that customer controls or is legally responsible for the data. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Complex, high-volume, disputed, or legally restricted requests may require additional time where permitted, and we will provide an appropriate status or explanation.
6. Data that may be deleted
Subject to verification, applicable law, customer instructions, and the exceptions below, deletion may include:
- the user's login account, device authorizations, sessions, and active application tokens;
- optional profile and contact information that is no longer required;
- precise-location records that are eligible for deletion under the applicable retention rules;
- incident attachments, support submissions, or other user-provided content when deletion is lawful and does not compromise a required operational record; and
- other personal data that is no longer reasonably necessary for an authorized purpose.
Depending on the request and the customer's responsibilities, an account may first be disabled, deactivated, disassociated, or anonymized before eligible data is permanently deleted.
7. Records that may be retained
Patrol Forge LLC or the applicable customer may retain information when reasonably necessary and permitted or required for a legitimate purpose, including:
- CAD calls, dispatch histories, incident reports, emergency events, aid activations, officer-safety records, duty records, and evidence of services performed;
- immutable audit trails, access histories, legal-policy acceptances, authentication and security events, fraud-prevention records, and records required to investigate misuse;
- billing, payment, tax, accounting, subscription, dispute, chargeback, and transaction records;
- records subject to a legal hold, subpoena, court order, insurance requirement, litigation need, regulatory obligation, public-safety requirement, or contractual retention requirement;
- information needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, enforce agreements, protect users or the public, or maintain the integrity of the service; and
- limited suppression records needed to document and honor the deletion request or prevent an unintentionally deleted account from being recreated.
Retention is limited to the applicable purpose. Where practical, personal data that must remain in an operational record may be restricted, disassociated, or irreversibly de-identified instead of deleting the entire record.
8. Customer-controlled information
Dispatch Organizations and Serviced Companies may control operational records and determine lawful retention requirements for their personnel, clients, properties, and incidents. Patrol Forge LLC may need to refer a request to the applicable organization or obtain its instructions. A customer may retain copies outside Patrol Forge Multiple Company, and those copies must be addressed directly with that customer.
9. Backups, logs, and delayed deletion
Eligible data may remain temporarily in encrypted backups, security logs, disaster-recovery systems, or queued processing after it is removed from active systems. Such data is isolated from ordinary use, protected under applicable safeguards, and removed or overwritten according to established backup and retention cycles unless preservation is legally required.
10. Consequences of deletion
Account deletion may permanently remove access to workspaces, assignments, reports, attachments, support history, and other service content. It may prevent the user from completing assigned duties or retrieving prior information. Permanent deletion cannot ordinarily be reversed. Users should coordinate with their employer or administrator and export any information they are authorized to retain before deletion.
11. Denied or limited requests
A request may be denied or limited when identity or authority cannot be verified, deletion would affect another person's rights, the information is subject to required retention, the request is fraudulent or abusive, or an applicable legal exception permits retention. When appropriate and legally permitted, the response will explain the reason and identify available follow-up options.
12. No discrimination
Patrol Forge LLC will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right. Service access may nevertheless end when deleting required account information makes it impossible to provide an authenticated or contracted service.
13. Contact and questions
Questions or deletion requests should be submitted through the Account and Data Deletion form or the Support Center. Written correspondence may be mailed to:

14. Changes to this policy
Patrol Forge LLC may revise this policy as the service, retention practices, or legal requirements change. The current published version and effective date appear in the Legal Center. Material changes may be communicated through the service or other appropriate channels.
