This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of the agreements governing a customer's use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, each customer, administrator, dispatcher, supervisor, officer, employee, contractor, agent, or other authorized user ("User") agrees to comply with this AUP.
1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Patrol Forge Multiple Company is designed primarily for organizations that provide dispatch, reporting, coordination, and related operational services for multiple security companies or other authorized organizations.
The Services may allow Users to access or process information relating to multiple organizations, their personnel, clients, locations, assignments, incidents, and operations.
Because the Services may contain sensitive operational, personal, security, and location information, Users must use the Services lawfully, responsibly, and only for legitimate business purposes.
This AUP applies to all use of the Services, including use through web applications, mobile applications, desktop applications, APIs, integrations, or other methods provided or authorized by Patrol Forge.
2. AUTHORIZED BUSINESS USE
Users may use the Services only:
For legitimate business purposes associated with security operations, dispatching, incident management, reporting, supervision, communications, or other functionality provided by the Services;
On behalf of an organization that has authorized the User's access;
Within the permissions and access levels assigned to the User;
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
In accordance with agreements between the customer and the organizations or clients it services; and
In accordance with Patrol Forge's applicable agreements, policies, documentation, and instructions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their Users understand and comply with this AUP.
3. AUTHORITY TO ACCESS MULTIPLE COMPANIES
Patrol Forge Multiple Company may allow a customer to provide services to and process information for multiple security companies or other organizations.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that it has all contracts, permissions, authorizations, licenses, consents, and other legal rights necessary to provide services to each organization added to or managed through the Services.
Customers must not add, access, monitor, dispatch for, impersonate, or process information belonging to an organization without appropriate authorization.
Patrol Forge does not independently verify the contractual relationship between a customer and every organization serviced through the customer's account unless Patrol Forge determines that verification is necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention, or another legitimate purpose.

Users must respect organizational boundaries within the Services.
Users must not intentionally:
Access information belonging to another organization unless authorized to do so;
