Install the dispatch platform as an app

The desktop application opens in its own Windows app window and stays connected to the hosted service. Routine feature updates are delivered from the website without reinstalling the app.

Install on Windows

  1. 1. Use Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 or Windows 11.
  2. 2. Select Install desktop app above. If the button is unavailable, use Edge’s app-install icon in the address bar.
  3. 3. Pin the installed app to the taskbar and enable emergency sound inside CAD.

Always current

The Windows app securely loads the current hosted platform. CAD, mapping, reporting, and workflow improvements appear after deployment without downloading a new installer.

Store identity or native Windows capability changes may still require a Microsoft Store update.

Connection and alert requirement

Dispatch operations remain online-only by design. Keep the application running, enable emergency sound inside the CAD, and keep Windows speaker volume audible. Installing the app cannot override a muted computer or operating-system power suspension.
